Quality
enCircle offers business consultancy and software development expertise to organisations of any size or type.
It is enCircle’s policy to develop, implement and maintain an integrated quality, information security and IT service management system that meets the requirement of and is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 standards.
We will continually review the suitability of our integrated management system, procedures, technological advances and working practices in conjunction with demands and expectations from our customers, employees and any person(s) working under the company’s control, to ensure that they are appropriate to the nature, scale and impacts of the company’s activities, products, services and risks.
Our training will be geared to reaching this aim, with a comprehensive induction programme and follow-up training throughout the period of each individual member of staff’s career.
The Company has a commitment to quality and continual improvement processes, including abiding by and reviewing relevant legislation. All members of staff are responsible for the quality of our work, and our client’s perception of us as an organisation.
Quality is not something which we do once and then leave alone. It has become part of our everyday focus, and part of our culture as a Company is to constantly improve in every aspect of our operations.
The Directors accept responsibility for communicating to all employees involved within enCircle’s operations, their commitment to quality and for ensuring that the Quality Policy is understood, implemented and maintained.
The Directors have formally made this commitment towards the achievement of Quality Objectives, which include;
- Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
- Customer complaints procedure
- Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
- Training and development of our employees
- Regular audit of our internal processes
- Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
- Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints
Quality objectives will be reviewed and analysed within regular management review meetings. Given the progressive nature of Quality Assurance, management undertakes to adopt any relevant improvements and developments which will serve to keep the Company at the forefront in all quality matters.
Information Security
enCircle has an integrated security management system (ISMS) which is audited by UKAS accredited certification body to ISO27001 and is in accordance with the Statement of Applicability covering Annex A controls and associated evidence. We also maintain Cyber Essentials Plus certification via CREST accredited third party audits.
The purpose of the policy is to protect the organisation’s information assets from all threats, whether internal or external, deliberate or accidental.
The company directors have approved the information security policy.
It is the policy of the organisation to ensure that:
- Information will be protected against unauthorised access;
- Confidentiality of information will be assured;
- Integrity of information will be maintained;
- Availability of information is ensured as required by the business processes;
- Regulatory and legislative requirements will be met;
- Business continuity plans will be produced, maintained and tested;
- Information security training will be available to all staff;
- All breaches of information security, actual or suspected, will be reported to, and investigated by the Process Improvement Manager.
Procedures exist to support the policy. These include virus control, systems access, passwords and business continuity.
Business requirements and SLAs for the availability of information and information systems will be met.
The Process Improvement Manager has direct responsibility for maintaining the policy and providing advice and guidance on its implementation.
All managers are directly responsible for implementing the policy within their business areas, and for adherence by their staff. It is the responsibility of each member of staff to adhere to the policy.
Environmental
enCircle is an environmentally conscious and responsible company. We recognise the importance of our environment, and the importance of conservation of resources and energy. It is important, as a responsible company, to ensure that we protect our environment while we conduct business.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRINCIPLES
- The Company is committed to continual improvement on environmental issues where economically feasible.
- We will minimise the production of waste where possible and any disposal of waste produced will be carried out with due care for the environment.
- We will try to minimise the use of new products where other recycled materials are a suitable substitute.
- Where waste materials can be recycled we will make every effort to ensure that they are recycled in an environmentally responsible way in order to conserve resources.
- To encourage suppliers and contractors to behave in a responsible manner and to maintain sound environmental practices.
- We will compile and keep publicly available this Company Environmental Policy.
- We will ensure that our operations comply with current legislation and other relevant requirements.
- We will endeavor to control the activities of the company to minimise any risks of pollution to the environment.
- We will ensure that all employees carry out their duties in line with the above statement and, through training, are aware of their obligations.
